The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your doorstep. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is provided by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer depending on supply and demand. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
Returns:
We guarantee your satisfaction! Our return policy lasts 30 days. Within 30 days, you can return for any reason. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for further information.
